Sammen om en jobb
Sammen om en jobb is a volunteer-based organization in Norway that promotes a more inclusive and diverse workforce by matching highly educated immigrants and refugees with experienced mentors in a structured six-month mentoring program. Now among the largest organizations of its kind in Norway, it builds long-term relationships across cultures to help newcomers overcome barriers such as limited networks, unfamiliarity with the Norwegian job market, language challenges, and prejudice—enabling them to fully use their skills and expertise in Norway’s labour market.
